The per message cost will be counted based on your recipient's country. For example, if the property is in India and the guest's mobile number is registered in India, the per message cost will be 0.50 INR. However, if the property is in India and the guest is from Indonesia, the cost per message will be 2.50 INR (as per WhatsApp standard charges).
WhatsApp offers a TAT (turnaround time) of 24 hours. This means you will be charged only once if you send multiple messages within 24 hours (from the first message). However, if it is otherwise, you will be charged twice or on the number of messages sent.
