Glenferrie Lodge is a 19th century heritage guesthouse located in quiet, lush green vicinity of North Sydney’s elegant Kirribilli neighbourhood. The Jeffrey Street Wharf ferry terminal is just an 8-minute walk and the remarkable Sydney Harbour Bridge is just a 15-minute walk from the property.

The modest rooms of this peaceful hotel come with free Wi-Fi, flat screen televisions, mini-fridges as well as tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms have attached bathrooms and some rooms even feature private balconies. A complimentary hot breakfast buffet is served to the guests each morning.



The Challenge

The major challenges Glenferrie Lodge management faced before getting eZee PMS were OTA distribution and inventory synchronization.

eZee Centrix (Online Hotel Channel Management System) made it very easier for Glenferrie Lodge management to work with OTAs along with minimal overbooking and rate-parity. eZee Reservation (Online Booking Engine) is helping get direct online bookings for this guesthouse without paying those hefty commissions.



The Result

eZee PMS is quite user-friendly and easy to operate. Many of the functions are self-explanatory and new employees get acquainted about its functions pretty soon which actually saves a lot of management time. This time is now used for better guest services resulting to an ultimate increase in overall staff productivity.
